ABOUT ME

When I graduated college and began my first desk job, I quickly realized I needed to change direction.  It was then that I made the decision to follow my real passion. I have not looked back since. Personal training has taken me in many directions: one-on-one workouts and group classes, in homes, studios and tracks. I have trained men and women, old and young, prenatal and post.

So when a friend of mine asked me if I could help her out during the summer with some of her Parkinson’s clients, I said yes, having no idea the impact the decision would have on my life.  After that summer I knew I had found something special. I traveled to Ohio and became a Certified Delay the Disease Instructor.

At 40 I was not expecting to begin a new career, however, a door was opened to me, and I could not be happier than I am today.  I remain passionate to be in the field of fitness, and I am energized to be concentrating in a specific area of that field. I truly believe that exercise heals........come join me and fight with fitness!
